The Query Learning Roles and Members tool allow you to display all of the Folders/Learning Elements that are enrolled in specific Learning Roles/Learners.
- Navigate to LMS Admin > Enrollment.
- Expand the Teams, Roles & Learners.
- Select the Learning Roles you want to query. Alternatively, you can use the Search Function to search for specific learners.
- Expand the Actions section.
- From the Select Action drop-down, select "Query Learning Roles and Members".
- Click the Submit button.
The Folders and Learning Elements enrolled are shown in the Learning Catalog.
