On occasion you may choose to grant single users or numerous users Team Admin privileges.

Promoting a user to a Team Admin can grant this user various permissions to assist in managing a given Team.

You have the option to either assign Admin privileges by entering usernames or by downloading usernames when using a CSV file.

To conduct LMS Admin assignment;

  • Ensure the proper Active Team is selected; should there be more than one Active Team.
  • Navigate to the LMS Admin tab > Teams tab.
  • Click on the Admin Type from the Team you want to manage to open its context menu.
  • Select Bulk LMS Admin Assignment from the menu.

The Bulk LMS Admin Assignment window will display.

In the Users List section, you have two options.

You can either select the button to enter User Names of single or multiple users, or select the button for CSV File to select a pre-prepared CSV file with usernames from your computer system.

To enter User Names;

Please note; the same process can be used to drop or remove LMS Admin assignments, by selecting the Drop button instead of the Add button..

You will see a confirmation dialogue box display; click Yes.

Once the operation is complete, you will see an Assign Users Membership Status message where you can review the details of the Bulk LMS Admin Assignment just performed.

(Please note; any users granted LMS Admin privileges in this manner must already exist as users within the LMS system, otherwise an error message will display.)

  • Select button for CSV File.
  • CSV File: Use a text file delimited by commas. The first row of the file must have the column names. These can be present in any order, in any case and must contain the usernames.
  • Choose File to locate and select a predetermined CSV file from your local system.
  • Assignment: Select button to Add LMS Admin permissions.
