Learner List

Introduction

This article will explain the purpose and process of displaying an Instructor Led Training (ILT) - Learner List.

What is an ILT Learner List?

Learner List: 

The Learner List represents any Learners either enrolled or assigned to an Instructor Led Training (ILT) Learning Element. 


It is important to understand the basic distinctions between the different types of ILT lists.


Session List:

The Session List represents any specific training sessions which have been setup and scheduled for this ILT Learning Element. 


Roster List:

The Roster List represents any specific Learners who have either been assigned or self-registered to a specific ILT Session.


This Learner List can be accessed in more than one way.


One Method to Access the ILT Learner List

  • Ensure the proper Current Team is selected (menu located lower-left of screen).

  • Navigate to the Catalog tab.

  • Locate the specific Catalog Folder where the ILT Learning Element is located and click to select.

This will display any contained Learning Elements within the adjacent LEARNING CONTENT field.


  • Locate the specific ILT and expand it's arrow to display any ILT sessions underneath.

  • Select the session you wish to check a Learner List in order to highlight. 

This prompts a menu icon to display.


  • Click this menu icon to prompt a context menu.

  • Select Session Details from menu.


A Session Details panel displays.


  • From the menu on left, select Learner List.

At the top there are 5 columns; 

  • USERNAME: This is the Learner's username.
  • ENROLLMENT TYPE: This tells how the Learner was enrolled.
  • FOLDER TITLE: Title of the Catalog Folder which contains this ILT Learning Element.
  • ROLE NAME: This is the name of the Role of which this Learner belongs.
  • TEAM: This is the name of the Team of which this Learner belongs.


Filtering a Learner List

Filtering means to constrain a given list by limiting results to selected values.

You have the option of filtering the columns of the Learner List to find the information you're seeking more efficiently.

You may use the filter icon of any column to display a filter menu. Filter any column according to any criteria selected from this menu. 



Another Method to Access the ILT Learner List

  • Navigate to the Catalog tab.

  • Locate the specific Catalog Folder where the ILT Learning Element is located and click to select.

This will display any contained Learning Elements within the adjacent LEARNING CONTENT field.


  • Locate the specific ILT and click it's menu icon to display a context menu.

  • Select LE Details from menu.


An Instructor Led Training panel displays.


  • From the menu on left, select Learner List.
