Reports - Activity

When using the Accord LMS, hovering over information icons displays helpful tips.


This article will briefly describe the purpose and process of using the Reports - Activity panel.

Purpose of the Activity Panel

The Reports - Activity panel, accessed thru the Reports - Activity tab, provides a quick and effective method to determine how the various Learning Elements are being utilized by your LMS Learners.* 

*The Activity tab may or may not be present depending on the selected Active Team.

Accessing the Reports - Activity Panel

  • Login using Portal Admin credentials to display a DNN menu.*

*Most LMS Admins will possess LMS Admin credentials. Portal Admins maintain a higher level of LMS privileges.

  • Ensure the proper Current Team is selected. Menu located lower-left of screen. 

  • Navigate to the Reports tab.

  • Once the Reports page displays, from the DNN menu on left, select the edit (pencil) icon.

  • After clicking the edit icon and the Reports Page refreshes, click the Activity tab.

The Accord LMS Activity panel will then display, showing any activity results. *

*The specific length of time for any activity being reflected here will be dependent upon the specific length of Activity Period, which can be set or edited when using the Activity Period dropdown menu inside Reports - Configuration.
