When using the Accord LMS, hovering over information icons displays helpful tips.


Introduction

This article will briefly describe the purpose and process of using various types of LMS Logs.

To successfully access your Accord LMS Logs page, ensure to login when using LMS Host credentials.


What are LMS Logs?

The term Logs is an abbreviation for Log Files.

Log Files are LMS records as they might relate to different events, processes, messages and communications between various types of integrated software applications and an operating system.


What are the various types of LMS Logs?

Http Requests Logs

Access Code Logs

Attempt Delete Logs

Enrollment Logs

Notification Logs


How to Access Logs

  • Login using LMS Host credentials.

  • Ensure the proper Current Team is selected. Menu located lower-left of screen.

  • From menu on left, expand the Advanced tab and select the Configuration tab.

  • Once in the Configuration panel, click on Logs.


The Logs page will display, allowing an LMS Admin to inspect and document different types of log activity. 

Click any heading to open an enclosed panel.



If necessary click any Heading to open an associated panel.


HTTP Requests Logs

What is HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol)?

HTTP is an application protocol for distributed, collaborative, hypermedia information systems which allows users to communicate data over the World Wide Web.


Access Code Logs

What are Access Code Logs?

Access Code Logs are records relating to the usage of any LMS Access Codes utilized by Learners, Users or any LMS Admins.


Attempt Delete Logs

What are Attempt Delete Logs?

These are record files relating to the deletion of LMS Learner Attempt records.


Enrollment Logs

What are Enrollment Logs?

These are files relating to any enrollment records.


Notification Logs

What are Notification Logs?

These are records relating to the various types of LMS Notifications.
