This article will briefly explain what a session roster is and how to access a session roster.
ILT Session Roster
An ILT Session Roster is a list of Learners who are registered for a particular Instructor Led Training (ILT) session.
Access a Session Roster
- Ensure the proper Current Team is selected. Menu located lower-left of screen.
- Navigate to the Catalog tab.
- Select and highlight the Folder from the Catalog which contains your Instructor Led Training Learning Element, allowing this Learning Element to display within the LEARNING CONTENT field.
- Hover-over the ILT Session you wish to view the Session Roster for and click 3 dots at right to display it's context menu.
- Select Roster from menu.
The screen will refresh, displaying the Learner Roster for this session.
