Available Certificate Tokens

Introduction

Here you will find a list of the various tokens you can use to help create various types of Certificates when using your Accord LMS.

Helpful tip:  Hit Ctrl - f on your keyboard to quickly search for a desired token type. 

Difference between [REF] Tokens and [LE] Tokens

LE Tokens

LE are Learning Elements.

LE tokens are tokens of the current LE.

If you have an LE titled 'Fire Safety' and apply the [LE:Title] token, this token is replaced with 'Fire Safety'.

REF Tokens

REF Tokens are tokens which are replaced with various values from a referenced LE, which then get configured on a PDF template, usually by pointing the PDF template to a given quiz. 

Therefore if you use the token [REF:Title] on the PDF, it will not use the PDF title, it will use the LE quiz title.

Available Certificate Tokens

[Learner:FullName]    

The learner (user that is associated with the attempt) first name and last name.

[User:DisplayName]    

User’s Display Name.

[User:Email]    

User’s Email Address.

[User:FirstName]    

User’s First Name.

[User:FullName]    

User’s Full Name.

[User:LastName]    

User’s Last Name.

[User:Username]    

User’s Login User Name.

[Profile:Property]    

Use any Profile Property, even custom.

[Membership:Approved]    

Is User Approved?

[Membership:IsOnline]    

Is User Currently Online?

[LE:CompletionDate]    

Completion Date of Last Attempt.

[LE:CompletionStatus]    

Not Attempted, In Progress or Complete.

[LE:Description]    

LE Overview/Description.

[LE:Duration]    

LE Expected Duration.

[LE:FolderId]    

LE Folder ID GUID.

[LE:FolderName]    

LE Folder Name.

[LE:FolderName]    

LE Folder Name.

[LE:FolderScore]    

LE Folder Score.

[LE:FOLDERFIRSTATTEMPTDATE]    

LE Folder First Attempt.

LE Score as a decimal number between 0 and 1.

[LE:ScorePercentage]    

LE Score formated as percentage, a number between 0 and 100 followed by % sign.

[LE:Status]    

Not Attempted, In Progress, Complete, Passed, Failed, etc. Merged Value of SuccessStatus and CompletionStatus.

[LE:SuccessStatus]    

No Success, Passed or Failed.

[LE:Title]   

Title of LE.

[LE:Format]    

LE format.

[LE:EA:EAName:[Profile:CustomStartDate]:[Profile:CustomEndDate]]    

Sum for all LEs of the Education Activity points for "EAName". Use any Profile Property, even custom or a fixed date. The date must be in the following format: yyyyMMddHHmm (for example: [LE:EA:Education Activity:[Profile:EAStartDate|yyyyMMddHHmm]:[Profile:EAEndDate|yyyyMMddHHmm]]).

[LE:EALIST:FORMAT]    

List of Educational Activities for the Referenced LE with the points awarded for each EA. Field must be multiline and enough space has to be provided for the full list of EA. Tokens supported in the Format section are: [EAName] the name of the EA, [EAPoints] the points earned by the learner with in the referenced LE, [EADescription] the description of the EA, [EOL] to start in a new line. Example: [LE:EALIST: [EAName] - [EAPoints][EOL]].

[LE:EAPoints:EAName]    

Education Activity points for "EAName". Token "EAName" is the name of the EA.

[REF:EA:EAName:[Profile:CustomStartDate]:[Profile:CustomEndDate]]

Adds a timespan to a date. The date can be from other token. TIMESPAN: (a)Y(b)M(c)D(e)H with (a), (b), (c) and (e) the integer amount of years, months, days and hours to add to DATE as needed (don't need use all of them explicitly or to keep that order 2Y6M is valid and equivalent to 6M2Y).
