Verify User Enrollments


This article will explain the process to verify a User's various enrollments.

Verify User Enrollments

  • Ensure the proper Current Team is selected. Menu is located lower-left of screen.

  • From the main left tab menu select Teams. 

Page will refresh.

  • Click on the Team from left which includes your selected User.

This will display it's Team Members in the adjacent field at right.

  • Highlight the User you wish to verify any enrollments for to prompt some menu buttons to display to it's right.

  • Click these menu buttons to display this User's context menu.

  • Select User Enrollment from menu.

The User Enrollments panel displays. 

This will display any catalog Folders this User is already enrolled. 

  • Highlighting a particular folder-type will display information below which reveals the enrollment details for this Folder as it relates to this User.

These details include the Learner's Username, Enrollment-Type, Folder-Type, Role-Name and Team for this User.
